Data Center Solutions

Resilient, standards-based data centers engineered for mission-critical Saudi workloads.

A data center is only as dependable as its weakest subsystem. Core Link Arabia designs, builds and operates enterprise data center environments in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia where power, cooling, cabling, compute, storage and network are engineered together as one resilient system — not bolted together after the fact.

Our engineers work to recognised international benchmarks, including the TIA-942 telecommunications infrastructure standard for data centers, ISO/IEC 27001 for information security and ASHRAE thermal guidelines for cooling, while accounting for local power, civil-defence and regulatory requirements. The result is infrastructure that is available, efficient and ready to scale with your organisation.

Our delivery approach

Every engagement begins with a discovery and design phase: we assess your current footprint, capacity trajectory, power envelope and resilience requirements, then produce a design and bill of materials before any equipment is ordered. This front-loaded rigour is what keeps data center projects on schedule and on budget.

We then manage procurement, installation, structured cabling, configuration and commissioning as a single accountable workstream, finishing with documented testing and handover. Where you need it, we continue into day-two operations under a maintenance and SLA agreement so the facility stays healthy long after go-live.

Standards and compliance

Our data center designs follow TIA-942 for telecommunications infrastructure, ISO/IEC 27001 for information-security management, and ASHRAE thermal guidelines for cooling. We incorporate Saudi civil-defence, utility and where relevant communications-authority requirements so the build is compliant from day one.

Designing to recognised standards is not box-ticking: it directly improves availability, energy efficiency and the ease of future audits, and it protects the investment as the facility scales.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does a typical data center build take?
A mid-sized enterprise build (roughly 20–40 racks) commonly runs 8–16 weeks from design sign-off to handover, depending on power and cooling complexity, equipment lead times and any civil works. A detailed schedule is provided at the proposal stage.
Which standards do you design to?
We design to TIA-942 for data center infrastructure, ISO/IEC 27001 for information security and ASHRAE thermal guidelines for cooling, and we incorporate Saudi civil-defence and utility requirements where applicable.
Can you support a move from on-premises to cloud?
Yes. We provide cloud-readiness assessments, migration planning and hybrid architecture so you can place each workload where it makes the most sense, then execute the migration with minimal disruption.
Do you support colocation environments?
Yes. We design and implement the racks, cabling, power distribution, networking and remote management inside colocation facilities, and can support ongoing operations.
