Low-Current / ELV Systems

Low-current — also called Extra-Low-Voltage (ELV) — systems are the quiet infrastructure every modern building depends on: the cabling, communications and life-safety-adjacent systems that everything else runs on. Core Link Arabia designs, supplies, installs and certifies these systems as one coordinated package, so they work together and are documented for easy operation.

Delivering low-current systems through a single integrator avoids the coordination gaps and finger-pointing that occur when cabling, audio, parking and other trades are split across vendors. Every subsystem is designed to recognised standards and commissioned and tested before handover.

What low-current / ELV covers

ELV spans structured cabling, public address and voice-evacuation, intercom, IPTV/MATV, master clock, parking guidance and barriers, and — in hospitality and healthcare — guest-room management and nurse-call. These share the same cabling backbone and benefit from being designed together.

We scope each system to the building type and its operational needs, then integrate them so they can be monitored and managed efficiently alongside the BMS and security platforms.

Designed and certified to standards

Structured cabling is designed and installed to internationally recognised standards (ISO/IEC 11801, TIA-568) using CAT6A copper and OM3/OM4 fibre, then certified and documented so future changes are fast and low-risk.

Life-safety-adjacent systems such as public address and voice-evacuation are designed with the relevant Saudi civil-defence requirements in mind, and integrated with fire and security where appropriate.
